Engineer / Specialist in Humanities / International Services (white-collar employment) 

  • Employment Contract (Notice of Working Conditions)
  • Company Brochure, Certified Copy of Commercial Register, and Financial Statements
  • Certificate of Graduation and Academic Transcript (for educational background verification)
  • Detailed Job Description (including specific duties and responsibilities)

Specified Skilled Worker (mainly in nursing care, construction, food service, manufacturing, etc.)

  • Certificate of Passing the Skills Test and Japanese Language Test (generally required)
  • Support Plan of the Accepting Company and Resume of the Person Responsible for Support
  • Employment Contract (in compliance with the Specified Skilled Worker format)
  • Most Recent Financial Statements of the Company and Confirmation of Employment Management System
  • Notice of Working Conditions (recommended in both Japanese and the employee’s native language)
