Company History
1982
Established the Labor Insurance Administrative Association “Tokatsu Labor Association” and opened the Toshiko Tanaka Labor Management Office.
1994
Opened an Administrative Scrivener Office. Began offering legal services including obtaining permits and licenses necessary for company operations, and drafting contracts.
1996
Started providing visa support services for foreign nationals.
1998
Established the "Hokuto-kai," a group for sole proprietors in the construction industry, and launched special workers' compensation enrollment services for construction workers.
2008
Started labor dispute mediation to enhance conflict resolution between labor, management.
2009
Reorganized the Toshiko Tanaka Labor Management Office into “Tanaka Serata Office, Social Insurance and Labor Consultant Corporation.”
2012
Relocated the head office to the Matsudo Dai-ichi Life Building in Matsudo City, Chiba Prefecture, strengthening its community-based operations.
